Fabulous experience for Dan to come out and certify my roof. Professional and quick service all wrapped up into one company. Not only did he certify the roof but went over and above and caulked the few possible spots that might have needed it in like 10 years. Also, the company responded to the need of certifying the roof with a paid invoice within a day so that closing on the house would not be pushed.

Fantastic, ethical company. I called because I had a shattered skylight over my patio and Dan came out to take a look. Turns out the manufacturer is no longer in business but he took the time to locate the right size, order it and came out within a week or so to put things back together.
